Spay/Neuter Policy:**

We require that puppies be spayed or neutered by six months of age, unless advised by a veterinarian. This must be documented in writing and confirmed us. A certificate of proof should be sent within days of the procedure. To prevent unintended pregnancies we emphasize the importance of spaying before the first heat cycle, unless you are under a guardian home agreement. Our are intended as companion dogs. If you are interested in our breeding dogs, reach out. This contract prohibits breeding. If your dog not spayed or neutered within six months of pick-up, the guarantee will be void, legal action may be taken, resulting in a penalty of12,000. Our breeding dogs will only be placed approved homes. We are committed to responsible breeding practices, as breeding can be quite costly. By making a deposit, you agree to take a puppy from the litter, regardless gender or color preference. While we will do our best to accommodate preferences, this is not guaranteed. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to the next litter if notified before the puppies reach six weeks; otherwise, the deposit will be forfeited to find the puppy another home.

**Payment Plan:**

Must be approved prior. Full payment is due within two after the puppy goes home. Puppies come with one Par vaccine and will be dewormed. You must schedule vet appointment for the second Parvo booster. A folder with vaccination deworming records will be provided. Our puppies also come with a two-year guarantee against life-threatening genetic defects. Please note that we do not any vet fees. A written diagnosis from your vet with lab testing and x-ray proof will be required, along with OFA results for hip dysplasia guarantees. We do not cover vet expenses. needed, a refund of half the puppy's purchase price or a puppy (if still breeding) will be offered. Both parents are prior to breeding.
